We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans to ensure you have time to evaluate our services and determine if they meet your needs.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility

All new subscribers to our paid plans (Pro, Business, and Enterprise) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription purchase.

2.2 Refund Process

To request a refund within the 30-day period:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

2.3 What Happens After Refund

Upon refund approval, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will lose access to paid features. Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate your subscription.

3. Free Plan

Our free plan is available indefinitely with no charges. You can use the free plan without any payment obligations and cancel at any time.

The free plan includes 5 AI requests per month and basic features to help you evaluate our platform.

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4.2 Cancellation Timeline

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, access until end of current month
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime, access until end of current year
  • No prorated refunds for partial periods

4.3 After Cancellation

After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. You can reactivate your subscription at any time by upgrading again.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
